Same day delivery is guaranteed to any local suburbs within a 5 km radius of our store in Carlingford Court can be placed anytime up to 12.00PM AEST on the desired date of delivery Monday Friday and by 10.00AM AEST for delivery on a Saturday.
Same day delivery is guaranteed, if your is placed by 12.00pm Monday Friday (Sydney time) on the desired date of delivery for the surrounding suburbs of the Sydney metropolitan area.
Your order must be placed by 10.00AM AEST for delivery on Saturday to the Sydney metropolitan area.
Please note if your require delivery outside our cut off times please call our staff 02 9871 1666 and in most cases we can still organise delivery. These deliveries may incur a slightly higher delivery charge.
Our standard delivery service ensures that all business deliveries will be delivered prior to 5.30pm, and all residential deliveries may be delivered any time prior to 6.00pm.
As a general rule we do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays. There are some exceptions so please call our friendly team to check if your delivery is possible.
Florist With Flowers cannot guarantee a specific time delivery. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but unfortunately cannot guarantee it.
Please ensure that you give Florist With Flowers the full correct address of the recipient. Delivery to a business, hospital and school you must give Florist With Flowers all appropriate details such full name, business, school or hospital name, correct level or ward number. This will help executing your delivery in appropriate time.
Florist With Flowers takes no responsibility if an incorrect delivery address has been given. If we have to retrieve the flowers from the incorrect address and re-deliver we will regrettably have to charge you an extra delivery fee.
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery Florist With Flowers will leave the flowers in a safe location. If we unable to leave somewhere safe, we will phone the customer to arrange a new delivery time and an additional fee will apply.
We will make every effort to execute your order as per your selection from our website, however if we need to substitute a flower or sundry item because of seasonal changes or unavailability, we will use a flower/sundry of similar or greater value, colour and style, in order to deliver your important gift without delay.
Florist With Flowers is based in the Sydney metropolitan area and therefore unable to personally delivery flowers outside of Sydney, however if you wish to order flowers outside the Sydney area this is made possible by our exclusive network of florists within Australia and worldwide. We try to choose a florist to create a similar style and quality to Florist With Flowers we cannot guarantee this on every occasion.
