General ordering information

Delivery Monday - Friday

Same day delivery guaranteed, when the order is placed by 1:00 pm weekdays (Sydney time) on the desired date of delivery with the exception of all Local deliveries within a (5 km radius of Carlingford) these orders can be placed anytime up to 1.30PM AEST on the desired date of delivery. Please note if you require a delivery to be made after our cut off times give our friendly team a call on 02 9871 1666 and in most cases we can assist with late orders. Any orders received after these times will be executed the following business day.

Our standard delivery service ensures that all business deliveries will be delivered prior to 5.00pm, and all residential deliveries may be delivered any time prior to 6.00pm.

Delivery on Saturday

Saturday deliveries must be placed by 10.00AM AEST for the Sydney metropolitan area or by 11.00AM AEST for all local deliveries (within a 5km radius of the Carlingford area).

Delivery for Sundays and Public Holidays

Delivery on Sunday (except Mother’s Day) or Public holidays are not available.

In a delivery for a Sunday is required please call our friendly team with your request in some cases we may be able to accommodate please note an additional delivery charge will apply.

Timed Delivery

Florist With Flowers will make every attempt to accommodate your time request, but specific delivery time unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. If you have a specific time delivery please call of friendly team and we will endeavour to full fill your request some requests may incur an additional delivery charge.

Incorrect Delivery address

If Florist With Flowers has been given a wrong delivery address we are able to re – deliver your flowers/gift for an additional delivery charge.

If the recipient is not home

As a general rule Florist with Flowers will leave your order in a safe location if the recipient is not there at the time of delivery. If the courier is unable to leave the order, we will phone the customer to arrange a new delivery time and an additional delivery fee will apply.

Orders Which Include Alcohol

Any alcohol sold through Florist With Flowers will only be delivered as a gift with any of our gift ideas or flower deliveries. Under no circumstance are we able to sell the alcohol separately. Alcohol is subject to state liquor laws and cannot exceed 2 Litres. Orders that include alcohol cannot be delivered to anyone under the age of 18 years of age, or delivered to the person that purchased the gift/flowers originally. The gift/flowers be left at the premises if the recipient is not home.

Interstate and Worldwide Delivery

Florist With Flowers is based in the Sydney metropolitan area and therefore unable to personally delivery flowers outside of Sydney, however if you wish to order flowers outside the Sydney area this is made possible by our exclusive network of florists within Australia and worldwide. We try to choose a florist to create a similar style and quality to Florist With Flowers we cannot guarantee this on every occasion.

Please allow between 24-48 hours for delivery on all Interstate and Worldwide deliveries.

Substitutions

We will make every effort to execute your order as per your selection from our website, however if we need to substitute a flower or sundry item because of seasonal changes or unavailability, we will use a flower/sundry of similar or greater value, colour and style, in order to deliver your important gift without delay.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations / changes can be accepted up until 24 hours prior to the delivery day. How ever any cancellations will incur an administration fee of $15.

Cancellations can be requested less than 24 hours prior to delivery these cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the total order.

Any orders that have already created or that are on board with our courier service cannot be cancelled.

Complaints

Please call us on 02 9871 1666 to discuss any concerns that you may have with your delivery of any flowers you may have received or sent. To help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible we ask that all complaints are made within 36 hours of delivery please.
